In case of any eventuality that may arise and your trip isn’t possible, we recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance on your own (we don’t include or sell travel insurance).

Travel insurance may reimburse you for air and land expenses in case you have to cancel your trip due to a personal or family emergency. Emergency medical evacuation insurance is also highly recommended.

It is important to take into account that conditions may arise that are beyond our scope and schedule, it is likely that in the best planned itineraries, moments of discomfort may occur, and plans may go wrong. Therefore, clients who accept a program with our Agency agree to accept full responsibility for themselves, minor children and all other accompanying persons on your trip in the event of inconvenience, delay or disaster caused by nature, inclement weather, acts of terrorism, criminal activity, strikes, illness, transportation failures and other causes beyond our control. Our agency will not be responsible for this and will not assume extra expenses for additional hotel nights and other expenses that may be required due to the aforementioned causes.
