To travel with us you can follow this steps:

STEP 1: As exclusive travelers you will be able to request the organization of your travel package from 0 or based on preferences you have in mind.

STEP 2: After designing together the perfect package and according to your requests and changes, we will request your agreement and then make a prepayment for the immediate purchase of the entrance tickets to Machupicchu + CONSETUR bus, according to the travels date as these are usually in high demand, the amount to deposit is normally $100 per traveler, for this purchase we will request a COPY or PHOTO of your valid passport (To travel to Peru, it is necessary to have a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months. If the passport doesn’t meet this requirement, you will not be able to enter the country).

BOOKING CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

In the course of the preparation of your trip, it is possible that some unforeseen event may arise, for which you may wish to cancel your trip. We are totally understanding, as long as we are informed in advance, for which it is important to take into account the following considerations:

FIRST: If you inform us that you decide to cancel your trip 2 months before, equivalent to 60 calendar days, we will refund the payment made. Considering that the amount of the payment of the entrance tickets to Machupicchu, bus CONSETUR and train tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

SECOND: In case you inform us that you decide to cancel the trip 45 days before your trip, we will refund only 20% of the payment made, considering that the non-refundable and non-transferable costs are the entrance tickets to Machu Picchu, CONSETUR bus tickets, train to the citadel and hotel reservation fees.

THIRD: If you inform us 30 days or 24 hours before the beginning of the tour, that you have decided to cancel your trip, we will proceed to apply the No-Show penalty, without any refund.

FOURTH: In case a refund is required, according to the above indications, it is important to Know that it will be made 30 days after the initial date of your trip. Likewise, our agency will make the reimbursement except for taxes, fees and bank commissions that may be generated for the refound.
